We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity based in NE Portland, offering the chance to support leadership while playing a key role in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to executives and leadership team
Perform general office duties including ordering supplies, maintaining filing systems, and basic bookkeeping
Prepare and edit invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial documents
Manage and organize corporate records, documents, and reports
Review and prioritize incoming communications, determining appropriate distribution
Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and arranging logistics for board and committee meetings
Serve as a key point of communication across internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
5–7 years of administrative or executive assistant experience required
Prior experience supporting executives strongly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
