Executive Recruiter
This role focuses on executive-level sourcing and recruiting for director and executive positions across a nationwide network. The Executive Recruiter/Sourcer identifies and engages passive C‑Suite, and Director‑level talent, conducts qualification calls, and prepares candidates throughout the hiring process, while partnering closely with on‑site recruiters. This position is fully onsite in Nashville, TN and supports the workplace health and safety team.
Responsibilities
Source and attract director and executive‑level candidates across the United States, with a strong focus on passive candidate outreach.
Conduct targeted research and executive sourcing to build and maintain robust talent pipelines for leadership roles.
Perform candidate qualification calls to assess experience, skills, cultural fit, and interest in open roles.
Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information on role expectations, process steps, and best practices.
Collaborate closely with on‑site recruiters in Nashville to align sourcing strategies with hiring needs and timelines.
Manage a high‑volume requisition load with a goal of supporting approximately 3–4 hires per month.
Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting tools to track candidates, maintain accurate records, and report on sourcing activity.
Support talent acquisition efforts specifically for the workplace health and safety team, understanding the unique requirements of these roles.
Continuously refine sourcing strategies based on market feedback and hiring outcomes.
Essential Skills
3‑7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a focus on executive sourcing.
Proven experience sourcing and recruiting director and executive‑level candidates.
Strong executive sourcing skills, including identifying and engaging passive candidates.
Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume recruiting and sourcing activities.
Hands‑on experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
Solid understanding of end‑to‑end sourcing processes, from research through candidate qualification and preparation.
Excellent communication skills for conducting candidate qualification calls and providing candidate prep.
Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiting partners and stakeholders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience supporting talent acquisition for workplace health and safety or similar specialized teams is a plus.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills to balance multiple searches and priorities.
Ability to adapt sourcing strategies to different markets and executive profiles.
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented recruiting function.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $48.00/hr.
