Candidates should have a 2-year degree or at least 5 years in a maintenance role, with strong skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting as well as preventive maintenance. The position involves working independently and part of a team, with compliance to food safety and OSHA regulations. Work hours are from 11 PM to 7:30 AM.
