Your Impact
This role is primarily responsible for recruitment of entry‑level roles with higher volume candidate pools. The Associate Recruiter will identify and escalate roadblocks to enhance productivity and execute upon the strategy to deliver top talent, including efforts to recruit from diverse talent pools. The Associate Recruiter will lead intake meetings with clients and provide updates at a regular cadence. This individual assesses qualifications, screens candidates, negotiates and manages the job‑offer process. This role also partners with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, including Compensation and Sourcing.

This is an in‑office (5 days/week) role based at our Store Support Center in Mooresville. Seeking a candidate local to the Mooresville/Charlotte area.*

What You Will Do

Source potential talent by having a strong understanding of job profiles and/or meeting with clients to verify job profiles and specifications.

Conduct proactive needs analysis with hiring managers to establish an execution plan to achieve high‑volume hiring during peak business demands across designated business areas; advise and make decisions around candidate selection throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Ensure a positive candidate/customer experience with every candidate.

Seek out potential candidates using innovative methods and follow the recruiting process from start to finish.

Evaluate candidate profiles, resumes and/or success profiles; represent the company (information and marketing) to candidates; complete detailed candidate phone screens, prepare candidate evaluations, and present candidates to hiring managers.

Coordinate high‑volume hiring process logistics, including scheduling interviews, developing and delivering offers, creating offer letters, and managing onboarding.

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates to generate a high‑volume, high‑quality pipeline of candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to utilize interview tools, assessments, interview guides and conduct interviews in a structured process.

Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers regarding recruiting.

Educate hiring managers and ensure clarity of and adherence to the recruitment process and hiring policies.

Partner with internal Talent Acquisition COEs and Shared Service team to develop sourcing strategies to support hard‑to‑hire areas and roles and increase brand recognition.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of an education requirement, if applicable.

3 Years Experience in Talent Acquisition, TM, HR or other relevant experience (sales, operational, leadership) OR Lowe’s internal Talent Acquisition experience.

Experience in project coordination or proven ability to effectively manage multiple competing tasks.

Preferred Skills/Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or other relevant field.

2 Years Experience with behavioral interviewing.

Experience with Microsoft tools and applications.

Pay Range: $61,600.00 – $102,900.00 annually. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
