
Payroll Specialist

We are partnering with a well-established organization to identify a Certified Payroll Specialist to support construction projects with prevailing wage requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process certified payroll reports in compliance with all applicable regulations
Audit and verify payroll data, resolving discrepancies as needed
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in alignment with internal policies
Collaborate with project management and HR teams to gather required payroll information
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience
Proven experience processing certified payroll within the construction industry
Hands-on experience with prevailing wage requirements
LCP Tracker experience required
Strong working knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel (intermediate to advanced)
Experience with Viewpoint (Vista) is a plus
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) required
