Global Returns Customer Service Representative
Location: 100% Onsite - by Desert Ridge (51 & 101)

Schedule: 7am to 5:30pm or 9am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday – 8 hour shift.

Job Description
The Global Support Team Representative will answer incoming tickets via email regarding the status of equipment return. They will create RMAs, return shipping labels, and close cases for all global customers (India and Brazil).

Required Qualifications

Excellent written communication skills

Strong customer service skills

Experience navigating multiple systems at a time

Experience creating RMAs and shipping and return labels is a plus

Job Type & Location
Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
