Product Returns Representative
Location: 100% Onsite – by Desert Ridge (51 & 101)
Schedule: 7am to 5:30pm or 9am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday – 8 hour set shift.
Job Description
The Global Support Team Representative will answer incoming tickets via email regarding the status of the equipment return. They will be creating RMAs, return shipping labels, and closing cases for all global customers (India and Brazil).
Qualifications
Must have excellent written communication skills
Strong Customer Service Skills
Experience navigating multiple systems at a time
Experience creating RMAs and creating shipping and return labels is a plus
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
