Global Returns Customer Service Rep

Location
100% Onsite - by Desert Ridge (51 & 101), Scottsdale, AZ.

Schedule
7am to 5:30pm or 9am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday – 8 hour set shift.

Job Description
The Global Support Team Representative will answer incoming tickets via email regarding the status of equipment returns. They will create RMAs, return shipping labels, and close cases for all global customers (India and Brazil).

Required Qualifications

Must have excellent written communication skills

Strong customer service skills

Experience navigating multiple systems at a time

Experience creating RMAs and creating shipping and return labels is a plus

Job Type & Location
Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
