PalletOne, Inc. is looking for a motivated entry-level Maintenance Technician who’s ready to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep our equipment and facility running safely and efficiently while building valuable technical skills in an industrial environment.
What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll support daily operations by maintaining and repairing equipment under the guidance of experienced technicians and supervisors.
Perform routine and scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) tasks
Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery using hand and power tools
Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and identifying solutions
Follow OSHA and safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures
Read and interpret basic machine schematics with limited guidance
Organize parts, tools, and materials in designated locations
Communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors and team members
Work cross-functionally with other departments to support overall plant success
Participate in special projects and take on other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking dependable, detail-oriented candidates who are eager to learn and take pride in their work.
Required
High school diploma or GED
Valid state driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs independently
Willingness to provide personal tools as required
Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions
Preferred
1–2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Experience using presses, drills, clamps, and other small tools
Interest in learning precision measuring tools (to .001”), such as calipers, micrometers, and indicators
Basic troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
