About the Job
Great job for high energy team builders! You will assist the General Manager in coordinating and taking ownership of tasks and assignments given to your team. Responsibilities include day‑to‑day operations such as cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You will help develop new managers by setting an example, mentoring your team, following policies and encouraging both current team members and new hires. Additional duties include staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, maintaining a professional appearance, upholding 100% Domino’s image standards, providing excellent customer service and effective service recovery, ensuring punctuality and attendance, driving reliably, keeping the store clean, and supporting marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day‑to‑day operations, cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.

Develop and mentor team members, setting an example and enforcing policies.

Handle staffing, paperwork, and time management.

Maintain a professional appearance and Domino’s image standards.

Deliver outstanding customer service and manage service recovery.

Ensure attendance, punctuality, and store cleanliness.

Assist in marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Knowledge of all operational tasks and ability to train others.

Operate all equipment and prepare products at an advanced pace.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Manage inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean store and equipment daily.

Strong communication skills and ability to give correct written instructions.

Mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; accurate monetary change.

Motor coordination and ability to perform rapid, precise tasks.

Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.

Depth perception and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Physical Demands
Standing:

Most tasks are performed while standing all shift.

Walking:

Short distances occasionally.

Lifting:

Bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs; stack onto shelves up to 72 inches high.

Carrying:

Large cans (3 lbs 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), trays of dough (~12 lbs each, up to three at a time).

Pushing/Pulling:

Move trays on dollies up to 24‑30 lbs, force up to 7.5 lbs.

Climbing:

Occasionally navigate stairs or ladders.

Stooping/Bending:

Forward bending at the waist for 30‑45 seconds repeatedly.

Reaching:

Continuous up, down, and forward; reach above 72 inches sometimes.

Hand Tasks:

Eye‑hand coordination, frequent use of hands, forearm and wrist force, handling pizza peel, cutter, and boxes.

Driving Specific Duties

Deliver product by car to customers.

Deliver flyers and door hangers.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.

Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.

Navigational skills: read maps, locate addresses, navigate adverse terrain.

Work Conditions
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions while delivering product, driving, and couponing.

Visibility: far vision and night vision required for driving.
