What YOU Bring
3+ years of sales experience in an insurance brokerage with proven track record of sales success with an active Property & Casualty insurance license(s)
OR
3+ years of sales experience, preferably B-2-B sales, you must obtain WA State Property & Casualty license immediately upon hire.
Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance
Highly motivated, goal oriented, hungry and driven to achieve individual sales goals.
Superior communication, negotiation, presentation, organization and listening skills
Strong customer focus and follow up skills
Growth mindset is a must.
