Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for a growing organization in Yuba City.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer
Source candidates using job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking
Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the process
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and basic office software
