Our client is seeking a Controller – Inventory & ERP Systems to lead a critical ERP module implementation and help strengthen and modernize accounting operations.
What You’ll Be Doing as the Controller – Inventory & ERP Systems
Review and evaluate existing accounting processes to prepare for an ERP upgrade
Lead the implementation and integration of two new ERP modules within the current system
Serve as the primary liaison between internal accounting leadership and external ERP partners
Develop, document, and refine SOPs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability post‑implementation
Provide hands‑on guidance, training, and ongoing implementation support to the accounting team
This Controller – Inventory & ERP Systems role offers high visibility and autonomy. You’ll partner closely with leadership on a strategic initiative that will shape how inventory, cost accounting, and financial reporting are managed across the organization.

Proven experience implementing, upgrading, or owning ERP systems

Demonstrated strengths in process improvement, documentation, and SOP development
