Location: Bellevue/Hybrid
Salary Range: $105,000–$135,200 DOE

Our client is seeking a Controller – Inventory & ERP Systems to lead a critical ERP module implementation and help strengthen and modernize accounting operations.

What You’ll Be Doing as the Controller – Inventory & ERP Systems

• Review and evaluate existing accounting processes to prepare for an ERP upgrade


• Lead the implementation and integration of two new ERP modules within the current system


• Serve as the primary liaison between internal accounting leadership and external ERP partners


• Develop, document, and refine SOPs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability post‑implementation


• Provide hands‑on guidance, training, and ongoing implementation support to the accounting team

This Controller – Inventory & ERP Systems role offers high visibility and autonomy. You’ll partner closely with leadership on a strategic initiative that will shape how inventory, cost accounting, and financial reporting are managed across the organization.

• Strong inventory accounting background within restaurant, food, hospitality, or manufacturing environments


• Demonstrated strengths in process improvement, documentation, and SOP development
