Pathology Physician Assistant

We are urgently seeking a travel Pathology Assistant in Georgetown, SC. The role involves assisting with pathology tasks with an immediate start date.

About the Opportunity:

• Hybrid or Remote: On-site
• Shift: Day
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Responsibilities:

The Pathology Assistant will be responsible for:

• Completing daily caseloads
• Working with ASCP and EPIC systems
• Performing strong grossing tasks
• Covering additional locations

Qualifications:

• Relevant years of experience
• Appropriate degree in Pathology or related field
• ASCP certification
• Proficiency in EPIC systems
• Strong grossing experience
• Ability to complete caseloads
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently

• Additional years of experience
• Advanced degree or ongoing education
• Additional certifications if available
• Experience in a similar healthcare setting
• Strong interpersonal skills
