Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and hands‑on Warehouse Distribution Supervisor to support our 2nd shift operations at our Adairsville facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient warehouse workflow, maintaining high standards of safety and organization, and supporting continuous improvement efforts in alignment with operational goals.
Duties/Responsibilities
Support daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Coordinate workflow for the shift by communicating tasks and priorities established by the Warehouse Manager.
Ensure adherence to 5S and lean warehouse practices to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to monitor inventory accuracy, order processing progress, and workflow status.
Identify operational issues and promptly elevate them to the Warehouse Manager for resolution.
Provide on-the-job guidance to team members by answering questions, demonstrating tasks, and helping ensure quality and safety expectations are followed.
Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and other teams to ensure smooth distribution operations.
Assist with tracking department KPIs and provide feedback to management on improvement opportunities.
Execute tasks and directions assigned by the management team.
Qualifications
