Responsibilities
Lead the shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, overseeing production processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
Coordinate shift handovers, monitor workflow, and address production issues as they arise.
Conduct regular team briefings, provide guidance, and foster a positive work atmosphere.
Communicate with upper management to align operational goals and performance metrics.
Adhere to schedule requirements; typical hours are Monday to Friday from 11 PM to 7 AM, with changes as needed to accommodate business needs.
Qualifications
5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
2+ years of mechanical experience.
Injection molding experience.
Processing experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative team environment and motivate staff.
Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities; capability to address challenges and drive continuous improvement.
