Make a difference as a Tooling Supervisor
As a Tooling Supervisor at EVCO Plastics, your day-to-day expectations will include overseeing the tooling department's operations, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently and effectively. You will manage a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks. Continuous monitoring of tooling performance will be essential, allowing you to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. You can expect to engage in regular meetings to discuss production goals, troubleshoot any tooling issues, and strategize for increased productivity. Daily responsibilities may also involve coordinating with other departments to ensure alignment across the manufacturing process.
Your schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, but please be prepared for potential adjustments based on business needs. This dynamic environment will keep you engaged and challenged as you lead your team towards success.
