Description
Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment for entry-level legal roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

Develop and execute recruiting strategies to support summer and entry-level hiring programs

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through market research, outreach, and networking

Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to align recruiting efforts with business needs

Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process

Coordinate and schedule interviews, prepare interviewers, and manage feedback collection

Manage candidate communications, including updates, offers, and post‑offer engagement

Track and report on recruiting activity, metrics, and market insights

Support onboarding and pre‑arrival processes to ensure a smooth candidate transition

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., agencies) as needed

Stay informed on market trends and best practices in legal recruiting

Profile
A successful candidate will have

3+ years of legal recruiting experience , ideally with a strong focus on

entry‑level hiring , and a proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment in a fast‑paced, competitive environment. They will be

highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive , with strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

They should be

strategic yet hands‑on , comfortable developing sourcing strategies while also executing day‑to‑day recruiting tasks, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. A strong candidate will also be

resourceful, resilient, and collaborative , with a commitment to delivering a high‑quality candidate experience and driving successful hiring outcomes.
