Accountant – Onsite (5 days)
Join a stable, growing, family-owned organization with a multi-entity structure. This is a hands‑on role for a senior accountant who thrives in a fast‑paced, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and general ledger activity
Manage month‑end close and maintain accurate financials
Perform multi‑entity accounting and consolidations
Handle fixed assets, depreciation, and bank reconciliations
Partner with AP/AR to resolve discrepancies and ensure clean books
Qualifications
5+ years of accounting experience
Strong GL, reconciliations, and close experience
Experience with multi‑entity environments preferred
Excel proficiency; ERP experience required
Self‑sufficient, detail‑oriented, and hands‑on
Compensation
Base salary range depends on location and experience; eligible for discretionary bonuses and participation in medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan benefits.
