Key Responsibilities (Cost Accountant)
Maintain and develop standard costing methods, including setting labor, material, and overhead rates
Monitor production activity daily and investigate cost variances to ensure accuracy and transparency
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to validate and correct Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings
Qualifications (Cost Accountant)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3 years of cost accounting or manufacturing accounting experience
