Facility in Hollidaysburg, PA seeking ENT locums coverage Rates: Reg Hourly $330/hr 24 hour Weekend call $2500 Night Call $400 beeper fee Weekend hourly call back - $350/hr Opportunity Highlights 
- Start Date: April 27, 2026 (Ongoing)
- Schedule: 10-day consecutive block per month.
- Typical Stretch: Saturday (7:00 AM) through the following Tuesday (7:00 AM).
- Shift Details: Mon Fri: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Clinic/Rounding) + Night Call (4:30 PM 8:00 AM).
- Sat/Sun: 24-Hour Call (8:00 AM 8:00 AM).
- Clinical Setting: 400-bed hospital (Level III Trauma Center) and outpatient clinics
- Support: Working with 1 Physician Assistant; audio services provided by an independent consultant.
- EMR: Epic.
- Outpatient: Approximately 20 patients per day (70% Adult / 30% Pediatric).
- Inpatient/Call: Average of 3 consults per day. Weekends typically see 2 4 consults, primarily related to accidental injuries (MVA) and airway concerns.
- Surgical Volume: surgeries during the 10-day coverage block.
- Procedures Required: Routine: T&A, BMT, Thyroidectomy, MDL with biopsy, Endoscopic sinus.
- Trauma/Critical: Tracheotomy (Must have ability), Oral Maxillofacial repairs, facial plating, soft tissue repair, and mandible arch bars.
- Board Status: Board Certified (MD/DO).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years.
- Licensure: Active Pennsylvania state license is highly preferred.
- Credentialing: Full privileges available (90-day timeframe).
- Certifications: Active ACLS and BLS.
- IMLC: Willing to consider IMLC-qualified candidates.
