Responsibilities
Responsible for day to day on-site project supervision for conversion/repair of commercial/repair vessels
Ensure works daily assigned jobs are carried out effectively and productively in order to meet customer specification and requirements.
To ensure quality assurance on works completed to achieve delivery deadline, target and no safety incident.
Accountable for Safety for all workers and men under his charge.
Ensure and enforce safety regulation and requirement are complied with
Constantly seek improvement in productivity and processes in the course of work
Requirements
Diploma or NTC in Mechanical or Marine related fields
Preferably 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience in marine industry for piping works onboard marine vessels
Possess experience working onboard marine vessels
Able to read piping diagrams
Understanding of machinery equipment and its functionalities
Understanding of marine classification requirements.
Knowledge on piping material requirements for both repair and new construction
Possess man-management experience in workshops and onboard vessels
Other Information
Location: GulRoad (Island-wide transport provided)
5 days work week
Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
