Job Summary
NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Helpdesk Associate with 1-3 years of call center experience or a combination of education and experience.
As a Helpdesk Associate, you will provide basic technical support to the client's desktops and laptops via phone, email, and remote tools. Issues you are unable to resolve will be escalated to internal teams such as desktop support, network and server support, and messaging support groups. The support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
