Atlassian Organization Administrator

Hansen Talent Group is hiring an Atlassian Organization Administrator to support a growing enterprise environment. This role is responsible for administering and optimizing Atlassian Cloud tools, including Jira and Confluence. You’ll manage system configurations, user access, automation, and integrations while ensuring platform stability, governance, and scalability.

What You’ll Do

Administer and configure Atlassian Cloud tools (Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Confluence)

Manage global settings, workflows, and permission
otification schemes

Oversee user access, groups, and authentication (SSO, SAML via Atlassian Access/Guard)

Monitor platform health, perform cleanup of legacy data, and manage upgrades

Design and implement automation rules and custom scripts

Evaluate, install, and manage third‑party Marketplace apps

Build and maintain integrations with tools like GitHub, Zendesk, and Slack

Establish governance standards, best practices, and usage guidelines

Create technical documentation and provide end-user training

What You’ll Need

3–5 years of hands‑on experience administering Atlassian environments

Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Product Discovery

Experience managing permissions, workflows, and system configurations

Knowledge of SSO/SAML and user access management

Experience with automation and scripting (Groovy, Python, or Java)

Strong problem‑solving and system optimization skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
