Title: Associate Attorney (General Liability, Medical Malpractice)
Location: Huntington Beach, California, CA (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of General Liability/Medical Malpractice matters from intake through settlement or trial.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
Qualifications
1-5+ years of experience in general liability/Medical Malpractice.
Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$250,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
