Overview
We are a growing, litigation-focused law firm serving clients across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, with a strong presence in Collin, Dallas, Denton, and Tarrant counties. Our practice centers on family law, with additional work in estate planning and personal injury.
We are seeking a confident, courtroom-ready Associate who is comfortable managing family law cases from start to finish and wants to grow within a structured, supportive, and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of family or criminal law matters (divorce, SAPCR, child support, enforcement, misdemeanor and felonies etc.)
Handle cases from intake through final trial
Appear in court regularly (temporary orders, hearings, mediations, and trials)
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery (with strong paralegal support)
Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings and trial
Negotiate settlements while being fully prepared to litigate when needed

Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in Texas
Minimum 2 years of experience in family or criminal law
Someone looking to grow with us
Comfortable handling both contested and uncontested matters independently
Courtroom confidence (you’re not afraid to stand up and advocate)
Strong organizational and communication skills
A team player with a sense of humor
Bonus Points For
Experience in personal injury or probate
Familiarity with courts in Dallas, Collin, Denton, and Tarrant counties
Office located in North Dallas
Must reside in the DFW metroplex
