Overview

The Facilities Coordinator supports daily office operations across multiple sites to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. They serve as a key contact for employees and visitors, managing space readiness, coordinating maintenance, and assisting with events and workplace activities. The role involves inspecting workspaces, managing service desk tickets, overseeing safety compliance, and supporting vendor interactions for repairs and maintenance. Additionally, they assist with office upkeep, record-keeping, and process improvements, ensuring policies and safety standards are upheld. This position requires in-person work at the Rome location, with travel at least 30% of the time.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in administrative roles; ability to multitask effectively.
High school diploma and five years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training.
