We are seeking a Kids Club Attendant to join our dynamic team. Role Overview
Participate in a fun, safe and interactive programme that caters to children’s needs and overall development using the environment, play areas, centers of interest and creative activities. Ensure that the programme is child-oriented where children can share experiences, construct, explore, investigate, create and be encouraged to participate in their own learning experiences.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Engage and entertain children through games and other approved activities.

Follow the daily activity schedule, adapting as necessary based on weather conditions and the number of children signed in.

Administer First Aid to children requiring immediate care and attention.

Perform general cleaning and sanitation duties within the Kids Club, including disinfecting toys, tables and activity stations.

Maintain a safe, fun and interactive environment for all children.

Complete sign-in and sign-out procedures accurately and maintain daily registers, attendance logs and incident reports.

Supervise all assigned children and ensure they remain within designated areas at all times.

Report all accidents, injuries, incidents, complaints and maintenance issues to the Supervisor promptly.

Communicate professionally with parents/guardians regarding their child’s participation and experience at the Kids Club.

Provide babysitting services for resort guests when assigned, ensuring a high standard of safety, care and professionalism.

Implement emergency procedures in accordance with the Kids Club’s emergency plan.

Required Skills & Qualifications

CPR and First Aid Certification

Certificate or training in Early Childhood Education or a related field would be an asset.

Experience working with children of various age groups.

Experience planning or assisting with children’s activities, events, camps, birthday parties or structured programmes is strongly preferred.

Certificate or formal training in Art or a related creative field would be an asset.

Babysitting experience would be an asset.

Possess basic computer skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
