Job Description
Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers and necessary adjustments to insure processes are in control at all times.
Perform daily machine inspections and perform preventive maintenance.
Set‑up lining machines from a zero‑state.
Conduct line clearance activities with quality technicians.
Troubleshoot machines and peripheral equipment as needed.
Perform all activities safely, including the use of lock‑out/tag‑out as required by company policy.
Conduct safety inspections of equipment and tooling prior to use.
Ensure the safe operation of all equipment before returning it to production.
Enter data onto production and quality paperwork.
Assist the chief production officer as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
