Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Supervisor role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. The Supervisor will oversee and manage a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to patients. Responsibilities include coordinating team schedules, ensuring compliance with company standards, providing team support and guidance, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
Leadership and management skills including team coordination, mentoring, and performance evaluation
Ability to oversee compliance with standards and ensure operational efficiency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
Time management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
Proficiency with computer software and tools relevant to scheduling, reporting, and team management
Previous experience as a Supervisor within the healthcare industry is a plus
Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality service and patient care
