Business Development Manager – Freight Forwarding
Location: Miami, FL
Salary: $120,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We’re working with a well-established global freight forwarder seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow its presence across the Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina and Alabama markets.
The Role
Develop new business across air and ocean freight services
Identify and win new shipper accounts within the local and regional market
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience within freight forwarding or logistics
Strong new‑business (hunter) mindset
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Compensation & Benefits
Salary up to $120,000
10% GP bonus structure
15 days PTO , 4 floating holidays , and sick days (increasing with service)
