Position: MEP Commercial Project Manager
Salary: $100,000 – $160,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the MEP design and construction processes, coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts, ensuring all work is carried out within the agreed financial parameters.
Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, costs, and any potential risks.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Manage the procurement process for all MEP materials and services, negotiating contracts and managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Coordinate and supervise the work of the MEP team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during construction, implementing solutions that minimize disruption.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets the highest quality standards and project schedules are adhered to.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, focused on MEP services.
Proven track record managing large‑scale commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent budgeting and financial management skills.
Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
Excellent problem‑solving skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency using project management software and tools.
