Overview
Sign Installation Supervisor — We are a leader in the signage industry in the throughout the country, known for its commitment to excellence and innovative signage solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Sign Installation Supervisor to join our installation team in the Seattle market. If you have 3+ years of experience in sign/graphics installation and/or construction related fieldwork, possess the necessary certifications and skills, and are ready to contribute to our dynamic team, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Set up projects including planning and scheduling.
Supervise install crews and provide daily direction.
Communicate both verbally and in writing with other trades and management teams.
Safely and efficiently install signage, both interior and exterior, according to project specifications.
Capture, document and report all change orders.
Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure accurate installation of signage.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges that may arise.
Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices at all times.
Conduct field audits to confirm safety compliance and quality.
Complete accurate installation records and documentation.
Assist in training and mentoring junior installers as needed.
Travel up to 50% to project locations, with potential for overnight travel as needed.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in signage/graphics installation.
LEVEL 4 MASTER SIGN ELECTRICIAN LICENSE (MUST).
Minimum of 2 years supervisory and/or lead experience.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components related to sign installation.
Proficiency in vinyl installation techniques and materials.
Ability to read and interpret installation plans and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to safety and following established protocols.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proven experience leading, mentoring and training installation teams.
