
Assistant Project Manager

We are hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial construction projects across Texas. This role works closely with the Project Manager to help deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities
Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
Help track procurement and long-lead items
Attend meetings and support site coordination
Monitor progress and help resolve field issues
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance
Qualifications
2–5+ years of commercial construction experience
Data center or mission critical experience preferred
Understanding of drawings and construction processes
Experience with RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Strong communication and organization skills
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools preferred
