Our client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their team in the DFW area, supporting large-scale ground-up healthcare projects, including a major hospital campus currently underway.

Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day project operations on a large ground-up hospital project
Support Project Managers with budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
Track project progress, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Maintain communication between field teams, clients, and subcontractors
Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Assist with project documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
2–5+ years of experience in commercial construction
Experience in healthcare or higher education projects
Exposure to ground-up construction projectsStrong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred)
