
Test Solutions Section Lead Capital Programs - Onsite Tucson, AZ

Security Clearance : Active DoD Secret clearance required. U.S. citizenship mandatory.
Location : 100% on site in Tucson, Arizona.
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of approximately 12–18 section members.
Allocate ~15% of work week to Section Lead duties; remainder to capital TE scope.
Understand scope, factory and program needs of all capital programs across TS.
Drive long‑range planning for capital TE.
Follow TS EAC process for capital scope execution and metric generation.
Lead by example and ensure alignment with Raytheon values and behaviors.
Collaborate with cross‑discipline teams in operation, testing, and troubleshooting of systems.
Provide independent business health checks by evaluating capital execution metrics.
Participate in center initiatives.
Interact with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Cross Product Team (CPT) / Directorate Leads, and other functional management to drive results toward program and business unit objectives.
Support TS functional hiring goals and lead onboarding of new section personnel.
Qualifications You Must Have
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
Minimum of 10 years of experience leading mid‑to‑large‑sized teams.
Experience leading programs within production test solution scope.
Experience in bidding and long‑range planning for test solution scope.
Experience presenting to executive leadership and peers.
Qualifications We Prefer
Advanced degree in STEM.
Experience working with Program Configuration Management principles and tools such as IMS, PMX, or tracking books.
Experience in career development and personal skills development of team members.
Knowledge of business and program improvements through process improvement methodologies.
Benefits & Compensation
Salary range: $132,400 – $251,600 USD. Incentive compensation programs may be available.
