Software Integration & Test Engineer

As a Software Integration & Test Engineer for Tactical Communications, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for providing rapid prototype mission critical solutions to our customer community.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute software integration and test (I&T) on software defined hardware solutions
Troubleshoot software bugs realized during I&T, working with hardware and software engineers to resolve
Follow best practices for test automation, continuous integration, and test reporting
Support development of automated test scripts using Python 3.9+
Coordinate integration activities between hardware, firmware, and software teams
Support AGILE implementation
Support configuration management documentation and processes to release and deliver software
Maintain accurate records of test activities and results
What you bring to the table:
A Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred,
Knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming, and scripting languages, Python
Experience with hardware/software integration testing
Experience with test equipment (signal analyzer, signal generator, USRP)
Willing to work in a fast-paced, rapid-prototype environment, adapting to immediate course correction as needed
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Outstanding communication skills for frequent contact with managers, project teams across the company and external customers and vendors

Salary Note This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled. Combined Salary Range USD $95,384.00 - USD $105,817.00 /Yr.
