Job Summary
eClerx is seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Operations Associate to support form processing, 401(k) plan research, and outreach to employer HR teamsensuring a smooth customer experience.
You'll help ensure we have accurate information and efficient processes to deliver a seamless rollover experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
Review and process customer forms accurately and efficiently
Ensure completeness and compliance of all documentation
Follow workflows for rollover-related paperwork
Research employer-sponsored 401(k) plans
Contact HR teams and plan administrators to obtain and verify plan information
Track outreach and update records in internal systems
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain turnaround times
Eligibility Requirements
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
Comfort with sensitive financial/customer information
Clear communication skills (phone and email)
Experience in operations, admin, or back-office roles is a plus
In the US, the target base salary for this role is $35,000-$45,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
