Hours: Monday—Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duration: Contract‑to‑Hire

Parking: Free parking on site

Position Summary
The Workplace Experience Ambassador is responsible for creating a welcoming and well‑organized office environment by supporting meeting spaces, assisting with events, and providing exceptional customer service to employees and visitors. This role ensures building spaces are properly maintained, conference rooms are prepared for use, and workplace services run smoothly throughout the day. The position is highly visible and requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a hospitality‑focused mindset.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external visitors.

Serve as a primary point of contact for workplace‑related inquiries.

Manage front‑of‑house services and direct incoming questions appropriately.

Assist with planning and physical set‑up of meetings and events, including furniture, signage, and equipment.

Reset and maintain conference rooms to ensure they are ready for scheduled meetings.

Support both large monthly events and smaller workplace gatherings throughout the month.

Maintain and update daily records of room bookings and event calendars.

Walk the building regularly to ensure workspaces and meeting areas are organized and ready for use.

Assist facilities team members with workplace services as needed.

Candidate Profile

Outstanding customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.

Self‑motivated with a confident, energetic, and professional demeanor.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and strong time‑management skills.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment.

Ability to work collaboratively with team members while representing workplace services professionally.

PC literate with ability to manage daily activities across multiple systems.

Ability to lift between 25–50 lbs and move throughout the building during the day.

Hospitality, reception, concierge, or customer‑facing experience preferred.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required.

0–2 years of professional experience required.

Experience in reception, concierge, hospitality, or customer service environments preferred.

Catering or hospitality experience is a plus.
