
Executive Assistant, Post Production

Overview
This position provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President, Post Production & Innovation for Paramount Pictures. This role ensures the Presidents office runs capably by managing schedules, coordinating communication, and handling information. The assistant acts as a key liaison between the President, internal departments, external vendors, and senior executive team, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prioritize and organize appointments to align with production timelines and executive priorities.
Draft, review, and manage emails, memos, and reports on behalf of the President.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and track action items for meetings.
Organize post-production review sessions, screenings, and vendor calls.
Assist in tracking post-production milestones and deliverables for multiple films.
Maintain databases and spreadsheets for budgets, schedules, and vendor information.
Process expense reports, purchase orders, and invoices.
Handle information related to talent, budgets, and studio strategy.
Liaise with editorial, sound, VFX, and finishing teams to ensure smooth communication.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in entertainment or post-production.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, and insight with post-production workflows.
Additional Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to administer multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
