Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in
Supply Chain and Quality
to support service center operations. This role focuses on quality compliance, process harmonization, and cross-functional collaboration across service sites.
Responsibilities
Serve as the point of contact for quality and compliance across Service Centers
Ensure execution and compliance of Quality System (QS) procedures at service sites
Lead and support transformation initiatives and transfer projects
Harmonize and monitor quality system processes, including:
Training programs
Quality agreements deployment
Support standardization of service procedures related to device service and repair
Provide project leadership and drive improvements through analytical problem-solving
Collaborate with Service Operations and Supply Chain teams for global process alignment
Support resolution of:
Nonconformances
CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
Audit observations related to Installation & Services
Support training and change management activities
Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Quality, or Compliance roles
Strong understanding of:
Quality Systems (QS)
CAPA & Nonconformance handling
Audit and compliance frameworks
Experience in process harmonization and global operations
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in medical devices or regulated industries is highly preferred
