Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated financial reporting
Oversee cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships
Maintain strong internal controls, compliance, and risk management
Partner with operations on strategic initiatives and financial modelling
Monitor KPIs and financial performance to identify opportunities
Lead and develop the finance team
Manage audit and tax coordination with external partners
Improve systems, reporting, and financial processes
Act as deputy to the CFO when required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree xywuqvp in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
Strong experience in multi-entity or franchised environments
Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Strong understanding of GAAP, controls, and compliance
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
