
Front Desk Representative

TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading firm in the financial wealth management industry to hire a Front Desk Associate / Client Relationship Specialist. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in delivering a high-touch, white-glove client experience. You will support advisors, manage office operations, and ensure seamless client interactions from onboarding through ongoing service.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service with every client interaction
Greet and assist clients and guests with appointments and service requests
Answer and route incoming phone calls and respond to client emails
Manage advisor calendars and prepare materials for upcoming meetings
Coordinate client appointments and follow up on service requests
Support client onboarding to ensure a seamless and professional experience
Submit transaction requests to processing teams with accuracy and timeliness
Partner with advisors to maintain high service standards and resolve client needsHandle multiple advisors’ books of business and complex service scenarios
Provide notary services for client transactions (if applicable)
Maintain office operations including supplies, deliveries, mail distribution, and facilities support
Prepare and manage office refreshments, snacks, and meeting needs
Identify and support process improvements to enhance client experience and efficiency
Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and professionalism
Requirements
Strong passion for client service and delivering a high-quality experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a collaborative and approachable demeanor
High level of professionalism and accountability
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general systems navigation
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of experience in financial services or client-facing roles
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
