Administrative Assistant (Financial Services)

Financial planning firm located in Huntersville, NC is expanding its operations team and is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support its Sr. financial advisor and founding partner. Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email
Support client onboarding, account setup, transfers, and service requests
Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
Maintain and update client records in CRM systems
Prepare materials for client meetings and assist with follow-up tasks
Coordinate with custodians and vendors to process requests efficiently
Assist with RMD processing and annuity-related support
Provide administrative and operational support to advisors

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2–4 years of financial services or client service experience
Wealth management or financial planning experience preferred
Series 65 license (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
