Job Description
Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required
Physical Requirements
Transport and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds
Walk or stand in facilities for up to 50% of the time, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks (sweeping, mopping interior areas, maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal)
Qualifications
Experience : Candidates come from customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
Transportation : Must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for travel between locations or other work‑related business; mileage reimbursement available.
