Logistics Systems Analyst / FSR-Trainer
to support the Logistics Systems Coordination Office (LSCO) within the Command Data Analytics Office (CDAO) at Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCORLOGCOM).
This role operates at the intersection of logistics systems, data analytics, and operational readiness, supporting both operating forces and depot-level sustainment environments. You will play a critical role in enhancing supply and maintenance readiness, improving data-driven decision-making, and ensuring audit-compliant logistics execution across the Marine Corps enterprise.

$75,000 - $90,000
(depending on experience and education)
Responsibilities
Train and assist Marine Corps units in GCSS-MC supply, maintenance, maintenance management, and User Management (UMX) processes
Deliver hands-on instruction using Mobile Training Suites (MTS), classroom sessions, and desk-side support
Analyze unit and depot-level readiness (SRs, parts shortages, SL-3, inventory discrepancies) to improve equipment availability and operational performance
Support GCSS-MC configuration, workflow optimization, and system troubleshooting, identifying root causes and driving resolution
Train and support Unit User Account Managers (UUAMs) on: User provisioning and role assignment, Naval Identity Services (NIS) enrollment and entitlements, and/or Access issues, role mismatches, and account troubleshooting
Conduct knowledge transfer by capturing lessons learned, best practices, and systemic issues impacting the force
Serve as a liaison between operating units, LSCO, GCSS-MC Help Desk, PMO, and USMC logistics leadership
Develop and deliver tailored training programs (classroom, virtual, and over-the-shoulder) aligned to real-world operational challenges
Support LREs, SMATs, and readiness assessments, improving supply accountability and maintenance execution
Assist with module validation, reporting accuracy, and audit readiness (FIAR compliance) across supply, maintenance, and financial processes
What You Need
U.S. Citizenship required with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field
OR 7+ years of relevant Marine Corps logistics experience
5+ years working in GCSS-MC (supply, maintenance, or maintenance management)
3+ years of training, FSR, or analyst experience in a Marine Corps or DoD environment
Prior experience as a: Supply Chief, Maintenance Chief, Maintenance Management Chief, and/or Warrant Officer (Supply or Maintenance) strongly preferred
Strong working knowledge of: Supply accountability & inventory reconciliation, Maintenance management & Service Requests (SRs), User Management (UMX) and Unit User Account Manager (UUAM) processes, and/or Marine Corps logistics policies, orders, and procedures
Preferred Skills
Experience with Power BI, OBIEE/OAS, Qlik, or similar data analytics tools
Strong troubleshooting capability across: GCSS-MC supply and maintenance processes, user access, NIS enrollment, and entitlement issues
Experience supporting: LSCO, MRTC, SMAT, or LRE environments
Familiarity with: DAI (Defense Agencies Initiative), LDG / Advana / enterprise data environments, Audit readiness
Experience with depot-level maintenance and supply operations (LOGCOM exposure highly desired)
