Overview
Our client,
a leading provider of financial technology software, is hiring a Risk Analyst to join their team in Plano, Texas!
This is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits!
As a Risk Analyst, you will be
responsible for handling 50+ inbound calls per day, resolving complex risk and fraud-related inquiries from their payment processing merchants.
This person will also
evaluate merchant cases to resolve fund holds related to fraud or financial issues, recover outstanding balances, and support chargeback dispute resolution.
Responsibilities
Review and resolve fraud-related fund holds, pursue balance collections, and provide support in chargeback disputes for merchant accounts.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer-related issues
Reviewing document processes and procedures, and maintaining accurate and detailed records of all transactions
Requirements
2+ years of experience in risk management
Prior experience in an inbound calling environment
