Overview
ArtHaus Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the lease-up and operations of a 118-unit community in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities
Lead lease-up strategy and execution to achieve occupancy targets
Oversee daily operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services
Drive leasing performance, conversions, and retention
Manage budgets, collections, and financial performance
Supervise and develop on-site team
Maintain strong resident relations and handle escalations
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and regulatory requirements
Conduct regular property inspections and maintain standards
Qualifications
3+ years of property management experience with lease-up exposure
Proven ability to manage certifications, documentation, and reporting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements
Experience with Yardi or similar systems preferred

Strong ownership and accountability
Ability to balance compliance requirements with leasing velocity
Clear communicator who can manage residents and teams effectively
Ability to commute: San Francisco, CA 94109 (Preferred)
This role is key to successfully leasing and stabilizing a new community while maintaining compliance and operational discipline.
