Position Overview
Assistant Property Manager – 300++ unit property, Hunter's Pointe, Overland Park, KS.
Job Summary We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support property operations, including leasing, budgeting, finance, and fair housing compliance.
Responsibilities
Assist with property budgeting, financial reporting, and lease administration.
Manage day‑to‑day operations and coordinate maintenance and vendor services.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and provide outstanding customer service.
Respond to resident inquiries and coordinate resident events.
Qualifications
Strong technical skills in budget preparation, finance, leasing, and operations.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Knowledge and understanding of Fair Housing regulations.
Reliable transportation.
